Potomac Service Center (PSC) Update

The Potomac Service Center (PSC) started its move to a new facility on August 21, 2023. They are no longer accepting paper-based responses to their current location. This includes many types of correspondence, including Notices of Intent to Deny (NOID), Notice of Intent to Revoke (NOIR), Intents to Deny (ITD), Requests for Evidence (RFE), and other documents related to pending filings at this location.

Starting from November 13, 2023, the Potomac Service Center will stop accepting any mailed correspondence. Instead, any mail intended for this center should be sent to the Texas Service Center (TSC) unless stated otherwise. The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) recommends uploading your responses directly to your individual online account.

If you have questions about how this service center’s operational status change may affect you or if you have any other immigration-related concerns, please reach out to us. We continuously keep track of updates to U.S. immigration policies and procedures to support our clients every step of the way.
