The Minimum wage levels for spousal green card sponsorship are:

  • One sponsored individual: $27,050.
  • Two sponsored individuals: $34,150.
  • Three sponsored individuals: $41,250.
  • Four sponsored individuals: $48,350.
  • Five sponsored individuals: $55,450.
  • Six sponsored individuals: $62,550.
  • Seven sponsored individuals: $69,650.
  • All additional sponsored household members require $7,100 each.

Minimum wage requirements come from the number of people in a sponsors household, this includes:

  • The sponsor.
  • The green card applicant.
  • All unmarried children under the age of twenty-one.
  • Additional dependents claimed on tax returns.
  • Individuals planning on applying for a green card and arriving in the U.S. alongside the green card applicant.
  • Anyone else the sponsor listed on a separate Affidavit of Support.
