USCIS Provides Clarification on Labor Definition of Select Schedule A Occupations

USCIS announced the addition of the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) definition of “science or art” related to Schedule A Occupations, Group II cases to their policy manual.

Asylum Processing Guidelines Updated by USCIS

USCIS announced updates to asylum processing. Starting May 9, 2024, only affirmative asylum applications filed at the required lockbox location will be accepted by USCIS. Asylum applications submitted to service centers will be rejected.
