Renewals for Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) are still available for qualifying holders. U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (UCSIC) continues to focus on adjudicating these DACA renewal requests in a timely manner. At this time, all DACA renewal requests are reviewed at the Nebraska Service Center, with the exception of a small number of requests that are pending at the Vermont Service Center. Estimated processing times can be viewed on the USCIS website.
To renew online, individuals should start at the Form I-821D, Consideration of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals website page. All DACA renewal requests must include the following three forms: Form I-821D, Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization, and Form I-765WS, Worksheet. Individuals also need to pay any related fees.
If you are submitting a paper filing, individuals are encouraged to include Form G-1145, E-Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance to receive notifications when the form is accepted.
