The updated premium processing fee schedule reflecting adjustments for inflation is now in effect. Starting now, fees for Form I-907, Request for Premium Processing, are as shown below:

This is the first time in three years that there has been a fee increase. According to the Department of Homeland Security, fees can be adjusted as needed on a biennial schedule. The updated fees apply for all requests received dated February 26, 2024, or after. An application will be rejected, and the filing fees returned, if the incorrect fee is submitted.
