For FY2025, USCIS organizational accounts will be introduced for both non-cap filings and H-1B cap filings. These accounts let multiple individuals from a company, as well as their legal representatives, to collectively complete H-1B registrations, Form I-129 (Petition for Nonimmigrant Worker), and the related Form I-907 (Request for Premium Processing Service).
