Those looking for an in-person appointment with the USCIS at their local field office now have a more convenient option. As of now, individuals, attorneys, and accredited representatives can submit an online in-person appointment request form.
These in-person appointments offer a range of services including ADIT stamps, Emergency Advance Parole, Immigration Judge Grants, and various other actions. The newly introduced online request form is meant to make requesting in-person appointments easier. It’s not a self-scheduling tool, however. Once submitted, the USCIS reviews the forms to find availability based on the local field office. While individuals can ask for specific dates and times, it’s important to know that USCIS cannot guarantee availability. Once an appointment is confirmed, the USCIS will provide the details of the in-person meeting to the individual who submitted the request. If any additional information is needed, the Contact Center will reach out.
For questions about the online appointment request form or any other immigration-related concerns, feel free to reach out. We’re here to support you, every step of the way.
