Judge Rejects Request to Postpone Parole Policy Trial After Supreme Court Decision

The request for a postponement was made to determine if a recent ruling by the U.S. Supreme Court affects Texas’ standing in the case.

USCIS Expands the myProgress Program

The myProgress program is expanding and now includes more forms for users to track their progress in the U.S. immigration process. The program now covers Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization, and Form I-131, Application for Travel Document.

A group of IT workers wants the United States Supreme Court to review a decision made by a district court that upholds a policy that allows H-1B spouses right to work in the U.S. The group, called Save Jobs USA, argues that the US Department of Homeland Security didn’t have the authority to create this policy.
