Each month, the U.S. government allows up to 30,000 noncitizens from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Venezuela to apply for advance travel authorization through the parole program. Because the number of people offering sponsorship exceeds the monthly travel authorization cap, the selection process has been updated.
