Updated COVID Vaccination Requirements by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS)

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has revised its COVID-19 vaccination requirements for non-U.S. travelers entering the United States. Beginning on May 12, 2023, fully vaccinating against COVID-19 will no longer be mandatory for non-U.S. travelers and proof of vaccination will not be required. These updates apply to entry at land ports of entry, ferry terminals, and airports.

The policy change coincides with the expiration of the COVID-19 national emergency in the U.S. If you have any questions about this update or need information on specific entry requirements based on your visa type and status, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
